Well, I love the Final Fantasy games. I haven't really played one since FF7, because I thought none of them compared to that one. So I have really high hopes for this one, and it is looking good. I believe the release date is March 9, so it's right around the corner.

What are your thoughts?

Don't worry, its about 100000x better than what the reviews say anyways :p

Seriously though, it's an awesome game. If you like FF and are open for a hybrid of FFX/X-2 combat, you won't be disappointed.

They have the typical JRPG elements (magic spells, upgrading, summoning power allies). It's the combat that differs greatly between the games. FFXIII is meant to be fast paced, so you only control the party leader as opposed to all three party members. You have the typical options to attack/technique/use an item. Using actions depends on a ATB bar, which is being constantly charged.

I think I've covered the bare basics :p I've never been to great at explaining things. Here a Youtube video of some gameplay FFXIII Gameplay. Not the greatest quality unfortunately.

I played once,but at friend,so i didn't follow the story,i will see to it to download some parts.

Ah, well the story isn't anything TOO spectacular in many ways. Although IMO I think all FF's are amazing, but that's just me being extremely subjective.

Yeah,i like to play role playing games,like DAO,TES,Gothic,Risen and so on.

Ah, WRPGs can be just as awesome (KOTOR rules); i did have a blast with DAO though.
